  • Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, weights, and features are provided by our manufacturer and supply chain partners and, while verified by us, may contain inadvertent errors or omissions
  • Specifications may vary slightly between production batches without material impact on product performance  for example, minor variations in wood grain, table leg finish, or cloth texture are inherent in handcrafted and semi-handcrafted products
  • We do not warrant that product descriptions are exhaustive or that every feature mentioned is present in every unit

Product Colours & Visual Representation

  • Colours, shades, and finishes of products as displayed on the Platform are representations only and are subject to variation based on:

PRICING DISCLAIMER

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your checkout and receive an Order Confirmation. Price changes after Order Confirmation do not affect your confirmed order.

Despite our best efforts, products on the Platform may occasionally be mispriced due to system errors, typographical mistakes, or data feed issues. In such cases:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an erroneous price
  • You will be notified promptly and offered either:
    • The correct price at which to re-order, or
    • A full refund of any payment made

Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Prices displayed on the Platform are only valid for purchases made on this Platform. Prices may differ on other platforms, third-party marketplaces, or in physical stores.

AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

Product listings on the Platform represent our current inventory at the time of display but are not real-time inventory guarantees. Stock levels can change rapidly due to simultaneous orders from multiple customers.

An "In Stock" label on a product page reflects availability at time of page load and does not guarantee availability at time of order placement.

In the event a product is out of stock after you have placed and paid for an order:

  • You will be notified within 2 working days of order placement
  • You will be offered: (a) a backorder with estimated restock date, (b) a substitute product of equivalent or higher value, or (c) a full refund

Certain products particularly custom-specification or limited-edition cue sports equipment  may be available in limited quantities and on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservation of stock is made until full payment is received and Order Confirmation is issued.

INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Professional installation of High-Value Equipment (Snooker Tables, Pool Tables, Heyball Tables, Billiards Tables) is strongly recommended and is a condition of the warranty as stated in our Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy.

We disclaim all liability for:

  • Damage to the product resulting from self-installation or installation by an unauthorised third party
  • Damage to your property, flooring, walls, or surrounding structure caused during self-installation 
  • Personal injury arising from improper handling or assembly of heavy table components during self-installation
  • Installation by an unauthorised third party

Our authorised installation team is trained and equipped to safely install our products. We recommend that you do not attempt to install snooker, pool, heyball or billiards tables without professional assistance slate tables can weigh between 700 – 1200 kg and can cause serious injury if improperly handled.

Where we arrange installation through our authorised partners, we are responsible for the quality of installation. Any damage caused by our installation team during installation will be remedied at our cost  please document and report such damage before the installation team departs.

We are not responsible for:

  • Structural inadequacy of your floor or room to bear the table's weight
  • Inaccessibility of the installation site (narrow staircases, low ceilings, locked premises)
  • Pre-existing damage to your property that is aggravated during installation

SPORTS SAFETY & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

Cue sports  including Snooker, Pool, Billiards, and Heyball  are recreational and competitive sporting activities. While generally safe, the use of cue sports equipment carries inherent risks of physical injury, particularly:

  • Repetitive strain injuries from extended cue play
  • Back, neck, and shoulder strain from improper playing posture
  • Eye injury from accidental cue movement
  • Trips and falls near table edges in low-light conditions

We recommend:

  • Playing in a well-lit room with adequate clearance around all sides of the table
  • Taking regular breaks during extended play sessions
  • Consulting a medical professional if you experience musculoskeletal discomfort related to cue sports
  • Supervising children at all times when near cue sports tables

The Company is not liable for physical injuries sustained during the use of our products where such injuries result from:

  • Failure to follow product use instructions
  • Unsafe playing environment
  • Pre-existing medical conditions aggravated by cue sports activity
  • Misuse of equipment

Our products are not designed for use by children under 12 years of age without adult supervision. Keep small components (chalk, cue tips) away from children under 3 years to prevent choking hazards.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & LINKS DISCLAIMER

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including payment gateways, social media platforms, logistics partner tracking portals, and external review platforms.

These third-party websites are independent of the Company. We:

  • Any damage to your device, property, or premises resulting from downloading content from the Platform or using our products except as covered under warranty
